His most important role continues to be in support of youth in soccer with fundamentals and philosophies teaching all kids the joy of competitive soccer with constant learning, personal and professional growth and teamwork.

With German’s strong, professional coaching philosophies, choosing Apex Soccer Club with their mission and vision, to further his coaching experience, was easy. In 2003 German and Lisa Viescas brought their then AYSO GU12 team to Apex Soccer Club. He and Lisa co-coached the core group of the Apex SC Girls 90 team from 1999-2007 until some of the girls left to go to college. German not only offers the players knowledge and experience, but he also tries to develop the players as individuals with a love of the game he has dedicated his life to.
